OUR CO-FOUNDERS
Edward M. Lopez is Co-founder of CREM and also owns a full service Real Estate Brokerage company as well as a Mortgage Brokerage company in NY. He received his formal education at Pace University (undergraduate studies) and New York University (graduate studies).
Mr. Lopez is also a NY State licensed Real Estate Instructor, as well as a certified Business & Life Coach - and has 15 years experience in real estate fields which includes: investing, flipping, property management, mortgage finance, and running brokerage operations.
James Daniels is Co-Founder of CREM and currently owns a food distribution company in the state of Florida, and is an active Real Estate Investor. He received his formal education at Clemson University, where he also played football. Mr. Daniels later went to play professional football (linebacker) with the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After his career in the NFL, Mr. Daniels became a successful entrepeneur.
OUR STAFF
CREM has an incredible group of staff and trainers that have each been involved in buying, negotiating and selling real estate. In addition they are each involved in teaching and training mentor students. All of the CREM coaching staff are experienced investors themselves and continue to invest in real estate for their own account. Their personal successes add to the student experience and help students climb the learning curve faster than they otherwise would.
